•Host virtual sessions, set your own hours and rates, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality experience

Key Requirements

•Professional athletic or coaching experience
•Prior mentoring experience
•A clear, structured approach to helping athletes and aspiring coaches reach their goals
•Ability to guide clients through sport-specific skills and training plans
•Experience supporting coaching career development (coaching philosophy, program design, and certification requirements)
