Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end benefits realization for Accounting COE initiatives, validating savings and preventing benefit leakage while embedding improvements into standard operations.
  • •Drive measurable improvements in Accounting COE operational outcomes (cycle time, productivity, stability, quality) aligned to COE strategy and efficiency ambitions.
  • •Ensure global operational health for Accounting COE services, translating service commitments into operating discipline including SLA adherence, visibility, and corrective actions.
  • •Serve as principal accounting advisor for enterprise process/system transformations (e.g., S2P), influencing senior stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and balancing trade-offs across speed, controls, cost, and capacity.
  • •Lead high-risk issue resolution affecting operational continuity, control environment, or compliance readiness across regions/functions, using structured problem-solving under ambiguity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA preferred; MBA is an advantage.
  • •Typically 12–15+ years of experience in finance transformation, COE, or large-scale operations.
  • •Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions across functions and regions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional change in complex environments and operate effectively under ambiguity.
  • •Strong external perspective and strategic thinking to translate insights into executable roadmaps.
