Key Responsibilities

  • •Own capture planning, pursuit, development of business opportunities, and successful execution of maritime projects across the US East Coast.
  • •Write technical and commercial proposals for ports/maritime work, including selecting project teams, work scopes, pricing, budget, and performance metrics.
  • •Develop and expand client base using high-level business contacts, and foster cross-selling across WSP capabilities.
  • •Lead contract negotiation, presentations, and meetings.
  • •Provide discipline and people leadership for engineering teams and ensure profitable, compliant project delivery within the specified area.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •15+ years of relevant post-education engineering experience, including responsible roles on US East Coast port/terminal projects.
  • •Professional Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
  • •Advanced proficiency in marine, port, and coastal engineering practices, process, design/build, and construction means/methods.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead technical and commercial proposals and manage staff/programs for ports and marine projects.
