Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Fusion positioning and messaging for EMEA, adapting global narratives to regional segments, industries, and competitive dynamics.
  • •Conduct customer discovery with mechanical engineers, industrial designers, and shop owners to identify pain points, resonant language, and objections.
  • •Partner with Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Growth Marketing to bring positioning and customer proof that power programs and co-own outcomes.
  • •Serve as the EMEA market voice internally with customer evidence, win/loss signal, and competitive intelligence for product, PMM, and sales.
  • •Lead regional launches end-to-end with localized messaging, field/partner enablement, events, and post-launch adoption; build technically credible content and comparisons.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years in product marketing for technical B2B software; CAD/CAM/PLM or adjacent design & manufacturing software experience preferred.
  • •Technical depth to engage mechanical engineers and industrial designers, with understanding of parametric modeling and design-to-manufacture workflows.
  • •Strong positioning and messaging craft: shape positioning, validate with real customers, and iterate based on feedback.
  • •Customer-obsessed mindset, using conversations to derive insights beyond reporting.
  • •Fluent in EMEA market GTM (English required; German, French, or another major European language a plus).
