Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of job profiles and employee mapping to job profiles and job levels.
  • •Coordinate with Job Families globally to keep Job Catalog information updated and consistent.
  • •Maintain high data quality in the Job Catalog, including regular checks and stakeholder coordination; own Job Catalog update requests.
  • •Support global grading and compensation processes (e.g., job evaluation and uploads; compensation data consolidation and reporting).
  • •Assist with Total Rewards application testing and pre–go-live checks, including governance/compliance and user access rights review.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, HR, or similar
  • •Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • •1-3 years of experience in Total Rewards, ideally with knowledge of job architecture and job evaluation methods
  • •Knowledge of HR systems (ideally SAP and/or SuccessFactors) and Microsoft applications, especially Excel
  • •Strong analytical skills with detail orientation, effective communication, and professionalism with confidential information
