Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, execute, and improve environmental compliance programs at the Terafab location.
  • •Maintain compliance with regulations established by TCEQ, DOT, EPA, and other applicable agencies.
  • •Track and interpret new and proposed environmental laws and regulations, and provide guidance to management.
  • •Perform environmental audits and oversee required environmental reporting and recordkeeping.
  • •Develop and maintain hazardous materials plans/tools and maintain compliance plans for stormwater, spill prevention, and industrial wastewater permits; coordinate contractors for permitting and environmental testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and executing environmental and regulatory compliance programs.
  • •Experience in environmental compliance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining SWPPPs and site BMPs for stormwater compliance.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication with experience handling technical data and regulatory interpretation.
