Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise the daily operations of the Maintenance Department, including repair and upkeep of production/plant equipment and maintenance of buildings and grounds. Promote safe work habits and lead maintenance safety procedures (e.g., lock-out/tag-out and confined spaces). Schedule and direct maintenance activities to reduce planned and unplanned outages, oversee technicians and contractors, and maintain records for data-driven decisions. Provide technical guidance on equipment modifications, preventive maintenance, and plant projects.
