Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop deep, behavior-based consumer insights that inform brand strategy and creative work, including unmet needs and cultural shifts.
  • •Lead creation of brand campaign and creative platforms, including enduring territories, strategic narratives, and messaging architectures that scale across channels.
  • •Write and lead best-in-class creative briefs and synthesize consumer behavior, marketplace dynamics, competitive activity, cultural shifts, and performance data into actionable guidance.
  • •Provide in-house agency operations leadership, including workflows, resource planning, intake processes, prioritization, and scalable ways of working.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop agency resources, build capability through tools/templates/training, and champion new approaches (including AI-enabled) to improve creative quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, integrated marketing, content strategy, in-house agency leadership, or related roles; CPG experience preferred.
  • •Experience translating brand strategy and consumer insights into creative platforms, briefs, content systems, and marketing ideas.
  • •Strong understanding of owned digital platforms, social content, creative production, and integrated brand activation.
  • •Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners amid ambiguity.
