Job Summary

Lead business analysis activities for the Express product, overseeing a team of Business Analysts to elicit, document, prioritize, and review business and system requirements. Partner with senior stakeholders to run workshops and align expectations, draft project plans, and present recommendations for approval. Manage user stories and backlog, provide strategic direction for business analysis, and coordinate with Digital & Tech teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

•Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
