Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift (Kansas City)

Maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of computer/PLC-controlled production equipment using corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance. Perform safe daily through annual maintenance planning, complete CMMS-driven inspections and repairs, and document work accurately. Apply root-cause analysis for failures, support continuous improvement and TPM initiatives, and use condition-monitoring tools like thermography, ultrasonic, and vibration analysis. Ensure compliance with safety programs including LOTO, hot work permits, and confined space entry.
