Manager in Training

Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, vehicle production, customer care, staffing, and day-to-day execution. Partner with Environmental Health and Safety to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility, drive performance using financial statements and operating statistics, and oversee cash management and asset safeguarding. Lead by example, train and develop future managers, and prepare operating reports for the Regional Director while building community relationships to enhance the Pick-n-Pull brand.
