Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Primary Compliance Business Partner for the Life MFU, providing proactive insight, constructive challenge, and decision-ready guidance to senior managers.
  • •Develop enterprise insight into strategic priorities, business plans, and customer journeys to anticipate compliance risks and support safe, sustainable growth.
  • •Help the Life MFU apply Zurich’s Compliance Risk Universe and FCA expectations (including Consumer Duty, Product Governance & Oversight, and Third Party Oversight) with proportionate, commercially aware guidance.
  • •Create clear and consistent compliance positions on emerging issues by partnering with Compliance Assurance, Financial Crime, and Data Protection SMEs.
  • •Produce decision-ready written Advice Notes for governance forums and help translate compliance advice into clear actions without stepping into first-line delivery.
