Ensure compliance with quality standards, QMP guidelines, and PER processes, and act as a technical resource to resolve quality issues on the production floor. Perform line audits, risk assessments, and product evaluations to drive DHU reductions, review inspection data for trends, and partner with PD, finishing, raw materials, and factory teams. Coach QA and factory teams, liaise with CSC auditors, and report KPI results.
