Job Summary

Drive consignment growth within your assigned territory by acquiring luxury items from new and existing clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments. Build and convert pipeline using Salesforce CRM, meet monthly quotas, and manage end-to-end pickup and shipment coordination to RealReal e-commerce centers. Deliver a white-glove client experience, present and review consignment contracts, and collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to resolve client needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage new and existing clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity and repeat business.
•Build pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed clients, and converting marketing-qualified leads into consignors using Salesforce CRM.
•Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving key performance metrics and contributing to overall revenue growth.
•Acquire luxury consignment items and coordinate item pickup and shipment to the company’s e-commerce centers.
•Provide a high-touch client experience, manage consignment contract reviews and pricing expectations, and partner with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to resolve client concerns.

•Results-oriented and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment while building a book of business.
•Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek with occasional off-hours, reside in the assigned territory, hold a valid driver’s license, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
•Willing and able to travel more than 70% within the designated market.
