Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build client relationships using product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Support daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, merchandising, and transactions—while maintaining service standards and a clean, well-stocked sales floor.
