•Educate guests on product features, benefits, design, and care to support informed purchase decisions.
•Maintain knowledge of store goals, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives with Store Leadership.
•Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed per company policies and that the store remains clean, safe, and inviting.
