Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive engineer-led mobile product initiatives end-to-end, from inception and technical planning through shipping and scaling.
  • •Work with backend, frontend, and product teams to execute technical plans for the mobile product.
  • •Support and build Wise’s card product across multiple product teams, owning core user flows including card ordering and transacting.
  • •Contribute to advanced card experiences such as 3DS authentication, bill splitting, recurring payments, and dispute resolution.
  • •Write clean, maintainable code, advocate for mobile best practices, and collaborate across the distributed tribe to ensure a seamless mobile experience.

  • •Deep experience building, shipping, and maintaining high-performing iOS apps at scale.
  • •Proven iOS UI development experience using SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency.

  • •Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
