Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch alongside the product management team.
  • •Own and grow key portfolios (including wire cutting and cable stripping), addressing quality issues and developing sales and promotion programs.
  • •Create and execute a strategic plan for profitable pricing, gross margins, collateral materials, point-of-purchase, and monthly product line forecasting.
  • •Conduct market and end-user trend analysis to inform new product launches, training, and customer presentations.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and track KPIs to measure product success, improve performance, and manage P&L and annual marketing budget for the product line.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of Product Management experience supporting electrical tools, consumer/power tools, accessories, hardware, outdoor products, or durable goods categories.
  • •2+ years commercializing and deploying go-to-market strategies for core and new product categories.
  • •Understanding/experience with power tools and user applications, including developing solutions for end users.
