Job Summary

Lead a Forward Deployed Solutions engineering team that turns frontline technical support into proactive, high-value partner solutions. You’ll coach solutions engineers, design AI-driven deflection workflows, and own partner technical health, deployment success, and SLAs. In a hands-on player-coach capacity, you’ll serve as the primary technical lead for Brazilian clients, driving complex integrations and architectural reviews while partnering with engineering and product to turn recurring issues into long-term improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a solutions engineering team, shifting culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner solutions architecture.
•Design and maintain AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
•Own partner technical health, monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value clients in Brazil, leading integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
•Build custom solutions and troubleshoot edge-case integrations using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations; partner with engineering and product to convert recurring pain points into features and enhancements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, with 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager who mentors others.
•Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation and LLM API integrations or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese and fluent English for client account leadership and global collaboration.
•Strong front-end web skills: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs/HTTP, and Chrome DevTools debugging.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, header bidding, or SDK integrations is highly preferred.
