Job Summary

Provide post-sales engineering support for enterprise broadcast and experiential technology projects. You will oversee projects from award through installation, review scopes of work, drawings, estimates, and system designs (signal flow, RCP, floor plans), and coordinate with partners, vendors, and trades. Test integrated audio-visual systems, troubleshoot issues, support commissioning, and produce documented results and as-built submissions, with domestic and international travel for job-site needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical oversight from award through installation and completion, coordinating system configuration details with XTG and partners.
•Review project scope of work, hour estimation, and engineering/architectural drawings (Signal Flow/RCP/Floor Plan) for completeness and quality.
•Develop and review functional system descriptions and block diagrams, including troubleshooting technical or logistical impediments.
•Test broadcast audio/video systems and integrated solutions, support commissioning and user acceptance testing, and provide documented results.
•Serve as a customer liaison for engineering inquiries, meet with vendors to evaluate products, and submit as-built red-line drawings while traveling to job sites (domestic and international).

Salary: USD 83,000 - 107,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong expertise in broadcast video and audio signal flow, from acquisition to transmission, including understanding of HD/UHD, analog/digital formats, and related equipment.
•Ability to read, understand, and augment AV signal flow, infrastructure plans, and architectural coordination drawings.
•Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Bluebeam to create schematics and technical drawings, with strong documentation skills.
•Knowledge of IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, multicast, VLANs) and Quality of Service (QoS), with desirable experience with SMPTE 2110 and AES67.
•Minimum 7 years of broadcast and AV experience; high school diploma or equivalent (electronics education preferred), plus the ability to travel internationally and hold a valid driver’s license.
