Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of total compensation programs across levels and geographies.
  • •Define and maintain pay-for-performance frameworks aligned to growth and business strategy.
  • •Own the annual compensation review cycle from start to finish across Corporate, Retail, and Warehouse populations.
  • •Configure and launch the compensation cycle in Workday in partnership with the HRIS team, ensuring accurate rules, workflows, and logic.
  • •Own ALO’s Stock Appreciation Rights (SAR) program, including grant administration, vesting, communications, compliance, and scenario modeling for modifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive compensation experience with demonstrated ownership of total rewards programs at a senior level.
  • •Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation strongly preferred.
  • •Hands-on experience managing international and multi-currency compensation programs across at least two geographies.
  • •Direct experience with equity-adjacent long-term incentive programs, including grant administration and employee-facing communication.
  • •Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency with Workday compensation modules and market survey platforms (Radford, Mercer, or equivalent).
