Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary legal advisor to EMEA sales teams on Terms of Service negotiation, contract redlining, and commercial agreement reviews with clear, timely support.
  • •Provide additional legal support to AMER sales teams as needed to maintain consistent, high-quality regional guidance.
  • •Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and channel/reseller agreements as opportunities arise.
  • •Partner with Sales, Finance, and other teams to structure and review commercial agreements that align with business objectives while mitigating legal and operational risk.
  • •Develop templates, playbooks, processes, and provide legal training to internal stakeholders, especially sales teams, to handle complex commercial issues effectively.
