Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the execution of approved projects against target dates and budgets with cross-functional coordination.
  • •Provide analytical support for change initiatives.
  • •Develop and maintain project documentation (scopes, budget, requirements, timelines) and run internal meetings.
  • •Report project progress to stakeholders and leadership via presentations, digital dashboards, email, and verbal updates.
  • •Recommend improvements to deliverables and processes; analyze stakeholder needs, risks, and gaps to define solution capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or International Business preferred.
  • •10+ years of related experience/training, including prior experience leading projects.
  • •Significant experience managing logistics or fulfillment operations and/or enabling supply chain improvement projects/programs.
  • •Ability to operate strategically and tactically, developing strategies and delivering project results.
  • •Experience with global logistics/fulfillment across multiple origin points, modes of transportation, and multi-nodal distribution networks.
