Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling rigs in accordance with site procedures, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements
•Conduct thorough pre-start inspections of drill rigs, compressors, boosters, rods, hammers, and support equipment
•Perform routine servicing, lubrication, and basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime
•Accurately collar holes and maintain correct drilling angles, depths, and alignment per drilling plans
•Monitor and adjust drilling parameters such as air pressure, rotation speed, bit wear, and penetration rate to optimize productivity and sample quality

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 45 hourly

•Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of RC drilling techniques
•Commitment to safety and ability to work extended shifts in remote environments
