Job Summary

Build and assemble Starlink PCBs by operating SMT placement, reflow soldering, solder paste printing, and related coating/inspection equipment. Perform thermal and functional testing of electronic hardware, including setup, instrumentation, execution, troubleshooting, and teardown. Document failure modes, use data to improve product quality and processes, and maintain/calibrate production equipment through preventive maintenance while meeting production deliverables.

•Document failure modes in detail and use data analysis to drive product quality and process improvements.
•Maintain and calibrate production equipment using scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
•Manage schedule priorities and execute tasks independently to meet deliverables and deadlines.
