Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver engaging, innovative, and high-quality lessons in BTEC Creative Media at Level 2 and/or Level 3, across theory, production, and industry practices.
  • •Plan, prepare, and assess learning with differentiation to meet diverse learner needs, and maintain accurate records of attainment and progress.
  • •Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and independent thinking.
  • •Integrate digital tools and media technologies to enhance teaching and learning, and prepare students for internal and external assessments.
  • •Contribute to curriculum development, support co-curricular activities, and uphold school policies and professional standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Studies, Creative Media, Film, Communications, or a related field; Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent); Experience teaching Level 2 or Level 3 BTEC Creative Media; Proven ability to deliver outstanding classroom practice and inspire students; UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police clearance is a mandatory requirement.
