Key Responsibilities

•Deliver engaging, innovative, and high-quality lessons in BTEC Creative Media at Level 2 and/or Level 3, across theory, production, and industry practices.
•Plan, prepare, and assess learning with differentiation to meet diverse learner needs, and maintain accurate records of attainment and progress.
•Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and independent thinking.
•Integrate digital tools and media technologies to enhance teaching and learning, and prepare students for internal and external assessments.
•Contribute to curriculum development, support co-curricular activities, and uphold school policies and professional standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Studies, Creative Media, Film, Communications, or a related field; Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent); Experience teaching Level 2 or Level 3 BTEC Creative Media; Proven ability to deliver outstanding classroom practice and inspire students; UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police clearance is a mandatory requirement.
