Design end-to-end payment and money experiences for live commerce, shaping checkout, payouts, wallet, refunds, credits, coupons, gift cards, and balance products across web and mobile. Partner with product, engineering, data science, and finance/compliance/risk teams to translate payment and regulatory requirements into clear, trustworthy flows. Build wireframes and prototypes for ambiguous, high-stakes scenarios, improving conversion and reducing payment friction while evolving the design system for accessibility and scale.
