Job Summary

Join the AI Demand Forecasting team to shape a scalable forecasting platform used for replenishment and expanding into AI-powered Pricing and Supply Chain Optimisation. Lead the design, development, and evaluation of machine learning models using statistical modelling, deep learning, and multimodal AI. Prototype new techniques, build rigorous offline/online evaluation, and productionise Python-based forecasting pipelines in collaboration with ML and data engineering, analysts, product, and business stakeholders.

•Lead and collaborate on the design, development, and evaluation of demand forecasting ML models and related AI products.
•Improve forecasting accuracy, robustness, scalability, and explainability across multiple business domains.
•Develop reusable modelling approaches for a forecasting platform spanning replenishment, pricing, supply chain optimisation, and future AI products.
•Research and prototype modern and emerging machine learning techniques to improve forecasting performance.
•Write, test, and maintain production-quality Python code and evaluation methodologies, supporting reliable deployment at scale.
