Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate network participation agreements directly with health plans, including new agreements, renewals, and amendments.
  • •Support and execute Aledade’s network contracts with national and regional health plans, managing a portfolio of agreements.
  • •Perform contract lifecycle management and maintain positive payer relationships in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • •Perform comprehensive rate analyses and track/report key contract metrics.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with contract terms and manage deliverables and documentation repositories.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •8+ years of experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers.
