Key Responsibilities

•Lead the successful delivery of the most complex customer engagements by providing technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team
•Guide technical teams through key architectural decisions, balancing established and innovative approaches
•Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could impact timelines and goals
•Deliver high-quality deliverables, status reports, program plans, and customer responses with minimal rework
•Manage all aspects of a program (scope, schedule, budget, risk, resources) with a focus on technical complexity

Key Requirements

•Technical Program Manager with demonstrated experience managing large, complex engagements and mitigating unexpected technical challenges; ability to balance scope, budget, and timeline
•Strong technical acumen with the ability to guide architectural decisions without hands-on coding, and stay current on technology trends
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a track record of influencing technical teams and tailoring messages for engineers to executives
•Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies is preferred
•Proven ability to multitask and deliver high customer satisfaction across multiple engagements in LATAM
