Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the yearly event calendar (~55 events) and keep it updated as requests and priorities shift each quarter.
  • •Run event execution and logistics end to end, including vendor/event liaison, booth and collateral coordination, registration/exhibitor profiles, passes, VAT, shipping, and swag.
  • •Manage event administrative workflows: agreements/contracts, invoicing, and setting up and reconciling out-of-pocket expenses in Ramp.
  • •Serve as the primary coordination point between sales and the event team, including setting up event Slack channels and coordinating approval-chain requests through planning to onsite execution.
  • •Partner with data/ops on pre-event lead list submission and post-event lead routing, and improve the event playbook (SOP) using event feedback and ROI inputs.
