Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and tasks to realize project requirements against the schedule.
  • •Integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule and review contractor-submitted schedules with recommendations.
  • •Prepare regular internal and external weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
  • •Develop project control procedures to monitor progress, including mitigation plans and EOT claim assessment/defense claim reporting.
  • •Analyze critical path and constraints to determine schedule change effects, and develop micro-management schedules for critical work elements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of planning/scheduling experience for large-scale construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of planning/scheduling policies, methods, procedures, including risk analysis and risk management.
  • •Proficiency with project scheduling tools including Primavera P6, Powerproject, Excel, and PowerPoint (preference for Acumen Fuse/Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, and MS Project).
  • •Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule and deliver project/program status reports.
  • •Fluency in Polish and English and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
