Lead a Professional Services team delivering big data and analytics projects on the Databricks platform. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of data engineers and architects on client engagements, ensuring delivery of high-impact big data and analytics projects.
•Provide architecture guidance and design oversight for end-to-end deployment of Databricks-based solutions and integrations.
•Collaborate with customers, engineering and support teams to resolve issues and optimize implementations.
•Drive adoption of Databricks platform across customer environments through hands-on mentoring, design reviews, and best-practice guidance.
•Support pre-sales and post-sales activities by documenting solutions, conducting whiteboards, and shaping reference architectures.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years experience with Big Data Technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Cloud Native and Data Lakes in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture or consulting role.
•4+ years of people management experience, managing a team of Data Engineers, Data Architects etc.
•6+ years of experience working on Big Data Architectures independently.
•Experience working across Cloud Platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure).
•Willingness to travel for onsite customer engagements within India.
