Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the store team to deliver brand storytelling and a WOW customer experience.
  • •Maintain deep knowledge of products and usage scenarios to provide professional solutions and pre-plan training for new launches.
  • •Plan and adjust visual merchandising according to standards and new product plans, including styling recommendations.
  • •Oversee store operations such as goods receiving/returns/inventory, cashing/checkout reconciliation, opening/closing, and daily reviews.
  • •Collaborate proactively with store manager and global retail teams to ensure smooth handoffs and effective on-site execution.
