Job Summary

Support the Manager, Digital FP&A with financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the HEYDUDE Digital Channel (HEYDUDE.com and marketplaces). Partner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce to analyze marketing performance, promotions, and customer trends. Own recurring daily sales and KPI reporting, perform close variance analysis, prepare monthly result presentations, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc performance/variance analysis to drive timely decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams to analyze marketing performance, promotions, and customer trends and provide financial insights.
•Support recurring reporting, including daily sales and KPI reports, analyzing trends, variances, and business drivers.
•Assist with monthly close variance analysis and validate inputs with accounting to support accurate reporting.
•Prepare monthly presentations by building supporting analysis, schedules, and explanations of financial results and key drivers.
•Support FP&A activities (annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning inputs) and complete ad-hoc analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2+ years of related finance, accounting, or analytical experience.

•Experience with BI tools; experience with SAP or BPC is a plus.
•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with basic understanding of accounting procedures and financial statements.
