Job Summary

Develop and grow profitable “lead left” commercial relationships for complex, high-value clients within a geographic area. Manage an existing portfolio while building trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives (CEO/CFO/COO). Coordinate with One Bank Partners to deliver tailored strategies across treasury management, capital markets, and credit solutions. Perform credit excellence work including financial statement analysis, risk monitoring, and pricing credit exposure to maximize opportunities and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop profitable new “lead left” client relationships using centers of influence, existing clients, and referral sources.
•Manage and deepen long-term relationships by partnering with internal One Bank colleagues and coordinating client-facing activities.
•Use CRM to track client activity, call reports, and pipeline management, including reinforcing CRM usage with partners.
•Analyze financial information to determine which credit requests to pursue and monitor client financial performance and industry trends to manage acceptable risk.
•Lead and coordinate relationship strategy review meetings with internal partners and clients’ trusted advisors to deliver treasury, capital markets, and credit solutions.

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting) or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience.
•Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
•Strong business acumen including analysis and review of financial statements and accounting principles.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.
