Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage projects for the GEM-T forebody digital IF receiver systems, including technology refresh initiatives, obsolescence resolutions, and performance enhancements.
•Define project goals, technical requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with the GEM-T Forebody Digital IF Receiver Lead and program leadership.
•Support production sustainment by integrating updated components, designs, and technologies into established systems with minimal disruption.
•Perform hands-on contributions to the design, analysis, and testing of digital IF receiver systems, particularly within the GEM-T missile forebody.
•Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocations, and plans to meet program milestones.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience with digital IF receiver systems, RF systems, or related aerospace/defense technologies.
•Experience with digital signal processing, RF systems, and intermediate frequency receiver architectures.
•Experience managing or contributing to technology refresh or sustainment projects.
•Experience with manufacturing and production processes for high-reliability systems.
