Vendor Manager, Procurement

Own vendor engagements end-to-end for an assigned supplier group on Carvana’s Inventory Procurement team, including onboarding, sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), contracting, and contract compliance. Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and service levels, run vendor performance management with scorecards and SLA tracking, and analyze spend and performance data to quantify savings and value. Partner with Legal and FP&A, maintain stakeholder alignment, and continuously improve procure-to-pay and vendor management processes.
