Job Summary

Build and iterate core components of a data automation and data management platform in a 0–1 environment. Spend most of your time delivering production-ready full-stack features, primarily backend development in Java and Python with React-based frontend work. Partner with product and architecture to define end-to-end full-stack design, implement data platform capabilities (orchestration, lineage, observability, governance), and deliver integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and iterate full-stack components of a data automation and data management platform from concept through production
•Write production-ready code across backend and frontend, review pull requests, and improve maintainability and delivery
•Collaborate on system design and architecture trade-offs with the product architect as customer constraints emerge
•Implement data platform capabilities including orchestration, data lineage, observability, governance, and resilience
•Build and maintain integrations across frontend/backend with cloud platforms and enterprise systems to support automation and deployment

Salary: INR 3,525,000 - 5,875,000

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional software development experience building and shipping B2B products for external customers
•Strong proficiency in Java and Python, delivering and maintaining production-grade systems
•Strong system design skills with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term platform evolution
•Comfort operating in ambiguous, startup-style environments and leading through execution
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with containerization/distributed systems (Docker, Kubernetes, microservices)
