•Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources with a focus on technical complexity.

•A proven ability to make sound technical decisions without being a hands-on coder and stay current on technology trends.
•Experience managing large, complex engagements, mitigating unexpected technical challenges, and balancing scope, budget, and timeline trade-offs.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, including influencing technical teams and tailoring messages for engineers through executives.
•Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies (preferred).
•Must be clearable with the U.S. Government.
