Job Summary

Lead architectural design work across multiple project phases—from programming and schematic design through construction documents and, when needed, construction administration. Collaborate with clients, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to develop design concepts, renderings, specifications, and deliverables. Use BIM and data science support to inform design decisions, and mentor junior architects while coordinating details and technical issues to deliver high-quality, sustainably responsible outcomes.

•Support all phases of the design process, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration as needed.
•Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams through meetings and presentations to develop and communicate design concepts and renderings.
•Coordinate with design team members, consultants, contractors, and vendors to support project development.
•Lead aspects of design and coordinate with other disciplines, including supporting senior architects on specific tasks.
•Mentor junior architects and prepare specifications, reports, and related design deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).

•Strong 2D/3D visual and graphic design skills using tools such as Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp, and VRAY (or other visualization tools).
•Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building systems, including experience developing details and construction documents.
