Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport to build catering revenue and ensure customer satisfaction across events.
•Identify operational problems impacting catering sales performance and collaborate with other departments to implement solutions.
•Develop and implement standardized inventory control procedures and establish labor and operating expense controls through budgeting and purchasing decisions.
•Develop and update food and beverage policies and procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
•Collaborate with sales and culinary teams to manage client relations and ensure consistent customer satisfaction; review catering forecasts and prospect inventory with GM.

Key Requirements

•Must have 10 years of experience and 4 years in similar positions with GCC experience.
•Strong ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, with ability to manage inventory, labor controls, budgeting and cost controls.
•In-depth knowledge of catering operations, P&L, financial control procedures, and internal controls.
•Ability to develop and update food and beverage policies and procedures; establish standards and procedures.
•Proven leadership of catering teams, development of new accounts, and achievement of catering revenue goals while ensuring guest satisfaction.
