Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and anesthesia planning tailored to individual needs.
  • •Administer anesthesia (general, regional, and local) and manage anesthesia levels during surgeries using advanced monitoring to ensure patient safety.
  • •Supervise recovery in the PACU, ensuring effective pain management and swift recovery from anesthesia.
  • •Provide high-level ICU care for critically ill patients, including complex surgical recoveries and life-threatening conditions such as sepsis and respiratory failure.
  • •Lead ICU treatment discussions in multidisciplinary rounds and manage critical postoperative stabilization for high-risk patients.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience in anesthesia and critical care management, covering both perioperative anesthesia and ICU management.
  • •Hands-on expertise delivering general, regional, and local anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
  • •Experience managing critically ill ICU patients with complex respiratory, cardiovascular, and multisystem conditions.
  • •Competence in advanced life support procedures, including cardiac resuscitation and mechanical circulatory support devices such as ECMO and IABP.
