Key Responsibilities

•Identify and Frame Value: Translate client strategy into a long-term vision using Process Intelligence software and map to actionable value opportunities.
•Realize and Orchestrate Value: Lead multiple Process Improvement workstreams for Fortune 500 clients and deploy Process Mining Centers of Excellence to support architecture reviews, executive workshops, and technical execution.
•Scale and Innovate: Codify best practices, drive multi-country deployments, and enable innovation through IoT, computer vision, and GPUs to expand the global footprint.
•Deliver Measurable Impact: Drive P&L and Working Capital savings by automating workflows and achieving substantial customer ROI (e.g., $100M+).
•Manage Architectural Risk: Conduct architectural risk reviews with infosec and legal to define guardrails for AI data collection, training, and privacy.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience designing and operationalizing large-scale cloud, edge, and AI platforms, preferably in global Retail, Logistics, or CPG contexts.
