Platform Operations Engineer - 8:30 PM - 8:30 AM EST Office Shift

Maintain and troubleshoot the deployed network environment as part of the Platform Operations team. You’ll resolve complex technical issues, reduce incidents, and perform long-term troubleshooting tied to network changes. The role also drives process and efficiency improvements, enhances tools/alerts/documentation, and coordinates across teams to keep customer-facing services running reliably. Shifts run 8:30 PM–8:30 AM EST (Fri–Sun) in Cambridge for the first six months, then can become 50% office/50% remote.
