Key Responsibilities

•Perform call monitoring and deliver actionable insights, trend analysis, and performance reporting to site management and stakeholders.
•Leverage QA systems to track, analyze, and report performance at team and individual levels, highlighting trends and outliers.
•Conduct evaluations of calls and emails in line with QA standards to ensure consistency and identify improvement opportunities.
•Identify customer and vendor pain points through deep-dive analysis and translate findings into structured insights to support coaching and process improvements.
•Raise red flags on performance risks, compliance gaps, and systemic issues with timely escalation and mitigation.

Key Requirements

•English language proficiency is mandatory (read, write, and speak)
•Minimum 1 year handling sales QA or exposure to a sales program
•Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in quality initiatives
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to challenges
•Ability to speak, read and write English is mandatory (redundant with first item)
