Supplier Quality Engineer

Lead supplier quality problem resolution and incident management, driving root-cause and corrective action at the process level. Ensure supplier performance through audits, SPC compliance and improvement projects, and the development of systemic resolution plans. Support new product introduction and supplier selection by reviewing engineering drawings and first article inspections, while participating in pilot and volume manufacturing readiness. Communicate technical requirements across teams and proliferate best-known methods into the supplier base.
