Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead quality problem resolutions and incident management, driving root cause and correction action.
  • •Identify and drive systemic supplier resolutions at the process level, including performance improvement plans to reduce quality defects and related issues.
  • •Support new product development/introduction by reviewing process specifications, engineering drawings, and first article inspections for integrity and clarity.
  • •Drive SPC compliance and improvement projects to reduce out-of-control conditions and conduct supplier site audits (part-to-print verification, QMS review, RCA, corrective actions).
  • •Support pilot and volume manufacturing sites for assigned suppliers and train supplier engineers on audit/evaluation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of relevant work experience.
  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Materials, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in engineering and project management with depth/breadth across quality processes.
  • •Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and Six Sigma, and willingness to apply flexible approaches.
  • •Ability to drive supplier quality initiatives including audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and SPC compliance improvements.
