  • •Provide strategic and people leadership for the Revenue Integrity and PNR Automation team.
  • •Develop strategies to identify, mitigate, and prevent revenue leakage, inventory abuse, and fraudulent booking activity while balancing commercial and customer objectives.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from business case development through scalable implementation.
  • •Establish long-term strategy and roadmap for revenue integrity and automation capabilities, aligning technology investments and operational needs.
  • •Partner across Revenue Management, IT, Cybersecurity, Distribution, Reservations, Airports, Loyalty, and Finance to drive alignment and measurable outcomes.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics, economics, finance, operations research, business) or equivalent experience.
  • •7 years of relevant professional experience in revenue management, analytics, technology, fraud prevention, automation, product management, airline operations, or a related field.
  • •Experience leading and developing teams and employees.
  • •Experience in airline revenue management, distribution, revenue integrity, fraud prevention, reservations/PNR processing, inventory management, or airline operations.
  • •Experience partnering with IT to design, test, implement, and support technology solutions.
