Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • •Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accurate delivery and presentation.
  • •Process guest payments and handle table monitoring to address refills, clearing plates, and cleanliness.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma in a Food and Beverage related course.
  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, plus 2 years relevant working experience.
  • •Proficiency taking accurate orders and entering them into the restaurant point-of-sale system.
  • •Ability to serve food and beverages professionally, including tableside service and knowledge of wine and beverage pairings.
