Plan, direct, and supervise the plant’s maintenance department to ensure equipment and facilities are available, efficient, and reliable. Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategy execution, manage technical and people resources, budgets, KPIs, and EHS compliance. Oversee maintenance technicians, select maintenance service providers/contractors, support continuous improvement (TPM/lean), coordinate with production to minimize downtime, and manage spare parts inventory and planning.
